Operations Coordinator/Construction Administrator, Exeter
Salary: £25-£30k per annum plus attractive benefits
Role: Operations Coordinator/Construction Administrator to work for a well-known housing contractor on the outskirts of Exeter in lovely modern, fitted out offices. Working for the Head of Construction, the role will involve general administration duties related to all live site projects and liaising with site teams to make sure all their administration is taken care of. This role will involve uploading and downloading information from their construction management system for various different schemes.
Individual: This role would ideally suit someone already used to working in the construction industry either in an office or site-based role as a document controller or site secretary. Although different sectors maybe considered. They will need to be organised, good with IT, Microsoft office applications and be a good communicator with the rest of the operations team.This a fulltime office-based role in Exeter.
