Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits:
£57-£78/hr Umbrella
£43.03-£58.71/hr PAYE
Location: Warrington
Hours of work: 37 hours per week - Hybrid available 3 days on site
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- 5-7 years as a senior engineer
- Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
- Chartered status
- Experience managing teams
- Demonstrable experience covering tasks across a range of complexities
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Member of relevant engineering institute
- Experience in the nuclear industry
- Full project lifecycle experience
Role information:
- Manage multi discipline teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of engineering work to meet agreed standards
- Provide supervision for engineers and technical specialists
- Assist in the resolution of technical and delivery issues
- Produce, review, verify and approve outputs including calculations, analyses, technical reports and specifications
- Ensure correct codes and standards are adhered to along with appropriately implemented procedures
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to
- Manage resource demands and allocation
- Carry out audits
- Support business development opportunities and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
