As a Kitchen Porter, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, contributing to the seamless operation of our culinary department. Responsibilities: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen are maintained to the highest level. Assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen by supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks. Handle and clean kitchen equipment and utensils in adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory and stock rotation to support kitchen operations smoothly. Collaborate closely with fellow team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. What you Need: Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Genuine enthusiasm for food and the culinary arts. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
