Telesales Executive
The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with prior experience working with customers over the phone, in either a B2B or B2C environment, to join one of the UK's market leading providers of hardware and software which seamlessly integrates operations across entire organisations. In this role you will need to highly organised, networking through a prospective account base across many sectors, to identify their needs and potential opportunities for the field based sales team.
Working from the office in Newport 5 days per week, you will enjoy a collaborative and positive working environment, working with colleagues in a similar role as well as the wider sales team to achieve the collective targets and goals. Selling the companies specialist and market leading range of hardware and software including AV, Document Management, Cloud & Data Solutions, Printer/Copiers and ERP Software, you will have a wide remit of customers to manage and approach. Any business could require these solutions/products so you will be dealing with a vast range of vertical markets, and businesses of all sizes from SME's to large corporates. In addition to the outreach to potential customers, you will liaise with the field sales team to update them on new opportunities you have identified, so your day to day will be highly varied and engaging.
Individuals in the field based sales team have joined the business in this role, so naturally you have the potential to progress from this role into more of BDM position. Given the varied remit, targeting clients within a range of sectors, and decision makers in a number of different roles and levels, so you will need to demonstrate the ability to adopt a tailored approach.
Requirements:
* Be an experienced B2B or B2C sales or customer service professional with at least 12 months of experience in a phone based role.
* Be highly target driven, motivated, a great relationship builder, personable and credible.
* Have a resilient and competitive nature.
The Package:
* Basic salary circa £22,000-£26,000 (DOE) + an uncapped bonus scheme
