Job Title: Earthworks Site Manager Location: Barkestone, Nottingham Contract: 6 Weeks, Starting 10th March 2025 About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly experienced Earthworks Site Manager for a 6-week project based in Barkestone, Nottingham, starting on 10th March 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and oversee all site operations related to earthworks, ensuring high safety standards, quality control, and adherence to project time lines. You will play a crucial role in managing daily site activities, coordinating with the team, and liaising with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all earthworks operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time and to specification. Monitor health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Liaise with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Lead and manage the site team, ensuring efficient task delegation and problem-solving. Keep accurate records of site activities, materials, and resources.Requirements: Proven experience in managing earthworks and similar site operations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Relevant site management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid).
