Job Description
* Manage, organise, and update the company's financial records.
* Prepare and analyse financial reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
* Assist in the creation of financial forecasts and budgets.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
* Provide financial advice to the management team.
* Participate in financial audits.
* Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
* Manage a team of 5 Finance Officers.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Manager should have:
* Demonstrable experience in service charge or property accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Previous experience with line manager responsibilities.
