Role Overview
We're seeking an Account Manager with a strong passion for consumer brands and the expertise to drive success across a variety of consumer accounts.
Main day-to-day responsibilities:
* Monitor your client’s industry and report on significant news
* Flag the impact of wider news agenda on planned campaign timings
* Grow your client relationships by providing regular consultancy – become their go-to and first point of contact
* Lead client meetings
* Oversee the team in delivering all client reporting on time (daily, weekly, quarterly), error-free and review these processes when necessary
* Attendance at media meets to discuss client-relevant media opportunities
* Approach and develop relationships with influencers and agencies relevant to client mix
* Oversee social media management for your clients – ensuring all channels are error-free and frequently reviewed
* Successfully compiling client-facing emails without the need for senior approval, e.g., articles of interest, coverage sellbacks, Friday reports, etc.
* Manage a portfolio of 3-4 client accounts simultaneously

* Good time management skills and ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously
* Ability to oversee and progress client activity, including managing multiple team members
* Enthusiasm for and understanding of the UK media landscape
* Ability to oversee areas of client activity singlehandedly
