We are looking for someone experienced to drive customer service excellence and continuously improve the overall customer experience with Enva.
You'll liaise with suppliers and the Transport team in order to provide the best service to our customers, ensuring that all incoming enquiries, both verbal and electronic, are dealt with in a courteous, professional, competent and timely manner in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Answer incoming customer correspondence via telephone/email/CRM case.
* Make outbound proactive supplier and customer calls.
* Work with customers and suppliers to promote the use of MyEnva and provide training as required.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
* Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and assessing customer needs.
* Office and admin tasks/ duties.
* Proofing of all relevant invoices.
* Reduction and removal of on-hold jobs ready for invoicing.
* Keep in regular contact with key contacts to ensure we are fulfilling their business needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience of working within a customer service environment and an understanding of CRM would be beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
* Well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.
* Highly focused on delivering results and objectives with a strong personal commitment to supporting the business in achieving its goals in a changing environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the department.
* Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and adopt a professional approach in all interactions – should be transparent, open, and honest in all dealings.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and / or systems.
* A willingness to learn and a track record of improvement via personal development and/or training courses.
