Luxury Cruise Consultant Needed \n\nMy client known as the Rolls Royce of cruise only specialists, are seeking a Luxury Cruise Consultant to join them, focuses on delivering an exceptional buying experience to the most discerning and demanding luxury travellers.\n\nJob Description\n\nSales\nAnswer telephones promptly, and courteously, with a smile. We aim to answer all calls within three rings\nDeal with enquiries professionally\nKeep up to date with new products on the market, new brochures, special offers etc\nMaximise earning potential of each client by offering air upgrades, additional hotel nights etc\nEnsure that the full booking process is adhered to including sending client confirmation and reminder letters and making concierge calls\nEnsure clients passports are up to date, visa and health requirements are advised, clients are fully covered by insurance and so forth\nFollow up on all enquiries, quotes, brochure requests by phone or email\nTelephone selected clients with new cruise line information, event details or offers.\nProactively develop business through consistent follow-up of sales leads\nAdministration\n\nKeep files and booking and client records fully up to date, ensure payments made, documentation passed on and so forth in a timely manner\nHandle new enquiries adding names and email addresses to mailing list\nEnsure presentation of all information is in accordance with company policies\nEnsure client preferences, interests, details etc are added to client records\nEnsure appropriate information is added to Knowledge Base\nAssist with general office duties as requiredCustomer Relations\n\nAttend and host ship visits\nAttend and host client functions\nTake a leading role amongst your colleagues at clients events and for client consultations\nDevelop personal relationships with clients/suppliers\nIn the absence of the Reservations Manager attend to customer relations issuesBusiness Development\n\nTake an active role in proposing improvements to systems, products sold, working practices\nBe prepared to develop and act upon the proposals you make\nWorking with the reservations manager, help identity training needs and be proactive in addressing these needs\nAssist and support the Reservations Manager with proactive and positive suggestions and ideas\n\nPackage \n\nUp to £35,000\n\nHybrid in London\n\nAmazing travel benefits\n\nInterested apply here or email (url removed)
