This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire an experienced External Communications professional on a 12-month, fixed term contract!

What you’ll be working on:
Reporting to the CEO, this role is instrumental in shaping, enhancing, and managing the market reputation of the business with all key external stakeholders. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), operational areas, business forums, and the Executive team to identify, execute, and coordinate external communications aligned with the overarching corporate communications strategy.
Your day-to-day
1. Create & curate content for the Company’s website and social media channels
2. Oversee the planning, creation and dissemination of Minters’ external communications
3. Conduct market research to understand brand perceptions and recommend necessary adjustments
4. Work collaboratively to identify, frame and bring to life stories that support our vision and strengthen our reputation
5. Work with Minsters’ PR consultant to actively identify and develop opportunities for content distribution
6. Track and analyse effectiveness of communications/campaigns.

10. have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
11. can demonstrate your ability to create and execute successful communication programs.
