About the Employer
Responsible, caring PA required to provide support for boy aged 9 to work 2 hours per week during term time and 5 hours per week during school holidays. There are two siblings in the home, requiring one PA each. Depending on applicants, some flexibility in how the hours are delivered is possible and this will be discussed further at interview (hours worked 2/5 hours weekly or 4/10 hours fortnightly).

About the Role:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support and/or prompt with personal care. This may include toileting, showering/bathing, getting in and out of bed, getting dressed.
• Support and/or prompt the individual to access sporting and leisure activities.
• Assist and encourage socialisation, participating in activities.
• Develop a good and trusting one to one working relationship.
To provide a stimulating environment, whether at home or out and about, for my son to play, interact, increase awareness of the world around him and increase his confidence in every day situations>
The individuals needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately. You have a duty to report defects and / or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work for which you are applying, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure (costs will be covered).
Transport Requirement
Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.

Hours per week: 4 hrs every fortnight, term time only, Saturday PLUS 5 hrs every week, non-term time, 1 day between Monday to Saturday, flexible
• Monday, 5 hours each week, non-term time only - 1 day between Monday-Saturday, between 9.30am - 2.30pm
• Tuesday, 5 hours each week, non-term time only - 1 day between Monday-Saturday, between 9.30am - 2.30pm
• Wednesday, 5 hours each week, non-term time only - 1 day between Monday-Saturday, between 9.30am - 2.30pm
• Thursday, 5 hours each week, non-term time only - 1 day between Monday-Saturday, between 9.30am - 2.30pm
• Friday, 5 hours each week, non-term time only - 1 day between Monday-Saturday, between 9.30am - 2.30pm
• Saturday, 4 hours, fortnightly, term time only - Saturday - between 9.30am to 2.30pm
