Fax/photocopying Ensure up-to-date maintenance of computerised and manual filing systems Amalgamation of new patient records Tasks,Answer desk /phone Deducting patients Workflow, Emails - action/distribute Filing/New patients notes/Summarising GP 2 GP Opening & Closing surgery Post - open / sort Raise blood forms Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary Process appointment requests for today/future appointments from patients by telephone via AskmyGP.
