We are working with a student accommodation business, based in Nottingham, who are recruiting a Administrator to join them on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. This is a very varied role and some ‘out of normal hours’ may be required to attend accomodation events at universities.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Previous experience in student accommodation or lettings
* Administration skills
* MS Office Skills
* Attention to detail
* Customer Service Skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Proficient in the use of Social Media platforms
Within this position, you’ll also be:
* Booking viewings for students
* Attending viewings with students
* Preparing and sending tenancy contracts
* Updating students on the progress
* Managing maintenance contractors
* Chasing outstanding rent instalments if required
* Working with the universtities on open days
* Attending open days at Universities
* Coordinating & managing of stock
* Organising & promoting of events
* Creating & posting of social media posts
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £13.73 per hour
