Job Description
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. Your key responsibilities will include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Set a positive example for the store team and customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Lead and inspire the team to achieve their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles
You will also be responsible for diligently checking and working deliveries, managing the till area, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries.
