Elevation Recruitment Group, Business support division are working with a busy and dynamic company based in Wakefield, known for it’s innovative products and exceptional service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join the Customer Service team.
Customer Service Team Leader Job Description:
5. Understand the full range of products in detail to a high level
6. Assist with order processing, deal with amendments and any issues in terms of delays, faults etc.
7. Hands on approach – deal with invoicing, PODs and delivery booking
8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Service Administrators
9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
10. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews
11. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
12. Use of ERP system
Customer Service Team Leader Qualifications:
13. Proven experience in a customer service leadership role in a busy environment
14. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
15. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an ERP system
