To be successful in this Financial Customer Support Advisor role, a strong background in finance or accounts is essential. You will be providing financial software support while delivering exceptional customer solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to learn their software, manage incoming support requests, and respond to user inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound support tickets via phone and email, addressing both technical and non-technical issues
* Gather information, identify root causes and devise solutions to resolve queries
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quick ticket resolutions
* Escalate issues and risks when necessary
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and third-party organisations
* Continuously develop your understanding of the business and its software to better support key activities
* Assist customers with reconciling debtors and creditors
* Provide support with VAT returns, financial statements and bank reconciliations
