About The Role
As a Contact Centre Coordinator for our High Tech division, you will be part of the patient services team, supporting the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK. Based in our Harlow contact centre, you'll handle enquiries about medication, book deliveries, and coordinate prescriptions. You'll also send letters to patients we couldn't reach and provide updates to hospitals. This role makes a real difference to people's health by ensuring top-notch customer service. About You
Our High Tech roles involve managing more complex therapies than some of our other call centre roles. These are life-saving therapies such as providing essential medicines like nutrition and hydration to our patients, supporting our nurse team deliver oncology treatments at home, Desferal and Ocrevus therapies. Essentially, you will act as a patient account manager, coordinating medicines and patient needs with our nursing and pharmacy teams. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a caring nature and an empathetic approach. Additionally, you’ll need to be highly organised, able to take efficient notes for other healthcare professionals, and have excellent attention to detail.
Key Skills:
* Telephone Skills: Competent and experienced in talking on the phone.
* Customer Service Skills: Professional manner when communicating via phone and email.
* IT Skills: Competent in using MS Office functions, Excel, and adaptable to new software/systems.
* Problem Solving: Able to think on your feet and help solve patients' problems.
* Empathy: Show understanding, patience, and empathy in interactions, especially with vulnerable patients.
* Process Driven: Organised and able to work independently to a set process.
* Account Management: Able to oversee a number of patient accounts efficiently.
Our team comes from various backgrounds, and those who succeed in our High Tech environment often have experience in sales, business development, account management, and case management. This role is commutable from several areas in and around Harlow, including Harlow Town Centre, Northbrooks, Cuffley, Hoddesdon, Church Langley, Roydon, Epping, Waltham Abbey, and Cheshunt.
