Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: GBP11.93 Per Hour
Shift Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am-4.00pm
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Our client, a key supplier to an international media house, is seeking to appoint a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk for an order fulfilment project. This is an excellent opportunity to join this unique family business and work on an exciting project within a close-knit family environment.
The Purchase Ledger Clerk Role:
* All aspects of receiving payments from our clients
* Maintain the Ledger within the accounts system
* Posting and allocating the payments within the accounts system
* Generating any additional transactions in the CRT system
* Dispute resolution
* Managing the various invoicing systems requested by our clients
* Assisting with producing and despatching invoices
* Email remittances
* Ultimately ensuring our clients pay their invoices as quickly as possible
The Purchase Ledger Clerk Candidate:
* Basic knowledge of Excel
* Basic understanding of accounts (Money in / Money out)
* Attention to detail
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to communicate effectively, both within the company and outside.
