Starting Base Salary (US): $38,000 – $48,000

What You Will Be Doing:
The Risk Analyst is part of a team responsible for minimizing the amount of financial loss and associated risk incurred by our clients by reviewing transactions flagged for analysis of abnormal claim activity and/or potential fraudulent events. Additionally, you will help identify and establish better processes and procedures to enhance departmental and company efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Complete daily RAC reports and execute POS auditing
* Assist with additional client-specific tasks and reports
* Create, maintain, and help develop processes to proactively identify fraudulent behaviors and duplicate claims
* Provide support for Client Care Professionals, Team Leads, Managers of Operations, and CSMs
* Update and maintain process documents for all assigned RAC Reports
* Complete all daily escalation tasks assigned to the Risk and Compliance Team
* Identify potential fraudulent and/or erroneous activity and provide findings to team members, including the Manager for review
* Recognize patterns and trends regarding financial loss or risk and escalate to the Risk and Compliance Manager for review
* Other tasks as required
