You should have a strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS, with skills in troubleshooting and system setup. A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and network infrastructure is also required. We value strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are desirable.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will expect you to provide technical assistance for software, hardware, and general ICT issues, ensuring staff receive prompt and effective support. You will help document ICT processes to align with our Integrated Management System (IMS) and improve efficiency. Acting as the first point of contact for external providers, you will manage system issues and raise support tickets as needed. You will also maintain and improve our system and reporting capabilities. Overseeing cloud platforms, managing the hardware lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with our business needs will be key tasks. Monitoring third-party support costs to keep them within budget will be your responsibility, along with assisting with ICT projects, including system development, testing, rollouts, and ongoing improvements. Additionally, you will support various departments in maximizing the use of Microsoft 365 tools, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
