Job Description Job Title: Employability Trainer - Permanent Full Time Salary: £26,825-£28,629 Per year Location: Cambridge and Huntingdon Job Role & Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality employability training programs to students aged 16 and adults. Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions covering a range of topics such as CV writing, interview skills, job searching techniques, and workplace communication. Work closely with employers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programmes. Provide individualised support and guidance to learners, addressing their individual needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and referral partners within the local community. Participate in relevant professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with learners. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for supporting learners to achieve their career goals. Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (desirable). Relevant vocational qualification (e.g., Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent). Desirable: Experience of working with learners with additional needs. Knowledge of local labour market trends and employer needs. Experience of using digital learning platforms and resources.
