Introducing the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate person to help us manage 500+ retailers in the toy, gift and lifestyle categories. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and nurture good relationships with our current B2B customers and provide administrative support to the operations team - with the aim to maximise sales and provide an outstanding experience to our customers.

Let’s get into the detail
The position will include, but is not limited to the following areas:
* Deliver the customer journey
* Make regular calls to new and existing retailers to ensure they are kept informed of all relevant brand and business information
* Maintaining appropriate logs and records through HubSpot to manage client accounts to identify key sales opportunities and nurture relationships
* Support Account Managers to gain market research to aid approaching new clients
* Support Account Managers with briefing marketing Comm’s, B2B updates and relevant brand information to help maximise sales
* Support Account Managers to collate information to help report on brand analyses
* Maintaining retailer brand dashboards
* Administrative tasks in support of our client’s new and existing product ranges
* Collate regular product feedback from retailers e.g. new collections or line extensions
* Support Account Managers with maintaining and developing brand delivery schedules
* Liaise with our customer service and warehouse departments where needed, to resolve any account challenges
* Maintain warm and helpful relationships that reflect our company values
* Other responsibilities suitable for this level of role
* Reporting to Senior Account Manager
Skills & Knowledge
* A demonstrable interest in interior design and/or fashion trends
* Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
* Exceptional communications skills
* The ability to build trusting relationships with a variety of people
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM system
* Confident and positive outlook, we aren’t looking for perfection

You’ll work 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
You’ll report into our Senior Account Manager
