Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong and accurate organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word and Sage software.
Duties
* Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to enquiries and orders with professionalism and accuracy.
* Process sales over the phone, via emails and in person (taking payments, dispatching tyres, processing invoices).
* Enter sales and receipts on Sage and Excel.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Accept responsibility and accountability.
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow within the office.
* Maintain a flexible and committed approach.
Skills
* Proficient in Excel, Word and Sage.
* Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Capable of performing clerical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Competent in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team within an office setting.
