As Property Aftersales Coordinator, youll play a critical role in the sales process, actively supporting Sales Progressors to turn accepted offers into completed sales. This role is highly interactive, requiring proactive phone communication and follow-up with all parties involved to ensure smooth progression from offer acceptance to completionno send a message and wait here. The package Up to £26,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Hybrid working available - up to a maximum of two days per week working from home Company events Free onsite parking Team social events Generous holiday allowance The Property Aftersales Coordinator role Assist the Sales Progressor in managing the entire sales progression process from acceptance of an offer to the completion of the sale Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure all aspects of the sale all documentation is received and processed efficiently Ensure compliance with all legal requirements throughout the sales process Prepare and maintain accurate records and sales files for each property Chase outstanding documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner Schedule and manage surveys, valuations, and inspections as needed The person Proactive and results-driven, with a strong preference for communicating by phone to drive tasks forward and resolve issues efficiently. You are comfortable picking up the phone as a first step, following up as needed via email, ensuring no delays in the process. Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to build strong relationships and effectively manage expectations with all parties involved. Experience in conveyancing or property-related roles is advantageous, with a willingness to train up to Sales Progressor level.
