We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Technician (FM). Your role will be to provide FM (facilities management) services to Compare the Market, encompassing porterage, meeting room set up, decorating, building fabric and garden maintenance, and vehicle checks. Driving the company minivan on a rotational basis.
You will provide support to the M&E Technicians to complete basic technical activities based on training and attained skills to ensure the effective, efficient and safe physical environment for all CtM colleagues and visitors.

Some of the great things you will be involved in:
1. Monitor Cherwell system daily to ensure tasks are owned and completed within timeframes
2. Complete first level maintenance and repair of all buildings, systems and related equipment
3. Monitor all building systems and operations throughout the day
4. Demonstrate awareness of CTM H&S management system and perform all tasks with adherence to RAMS
5. Complete some basic technical activities to support M&E Technicians such as water, lighting and fire equipment testing and PPM checks
6. Driving the company minivan as required
7. Work as part of the team out of hours call out process (if required), responding to and escalating out of hours issues as appropriate
What we’d love to see from you:
1. Basic knowledge of facilities management processes and responsibilities
2. Competent with property maintenance, gardening and vehicles
3. Full clean driving license
4. Team work and organisation skills
5. Refer to Skills Matrix
6. Experience in a facilities management team
