What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
* Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with modern culinary standards.
* Maintaining kitchen standards and cleanliness to the highest level.
* Contributing to menu development with an innovative and informed approach.
* Upholding food safety and health regulations at all times.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience in 5-star hotels or 2–3 AA Rosette kitchens.
* Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine trends.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
* Formal culinary qualifications and a passion for hospitality excellence.
