Current Team Information:
Forming part of the Leisure and Trade division, the Licensed Leisure team advises operators, investors and lenders in the licensed property sector. We deliver valuation, consultancy and transactional services across the sector and you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience supporting our work across the UK with clients including Young’s, Stonegate, Punch, The Restaurant Group and J D Wetherspoon.
Headquartered in London, we work alongside our specialist colleagues across our network of 131 offices in the UK. There are currently around 50 professionals in the division and we consider ourselves to be market leaders.
About The Role:
Supporting our valuers in London you would be involved in the following:
* Valuing a range of licensed assets across the UK
* Preparing reports alongside surveyors for a range of purposes
* Collecting & analyzing comparable transactions
* Inspecting and referencing property
* Undertaking property due diligence, including planning, licensing and title information
* Collection and analysis of economic and sector data
* Developing and maintaining valuation models
* Preparing in advance for client meetings, recording minutes and carrying out any actions arising
* Using online software such as Promap, GOAD and other property related resources
* Producing sector reports
* Being highly proficient in the use of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Canva
* Asking questions, interacting and discussing the objectives and day-to-day work of the team
* Networking with clients and building a network of valuation/agency contacts
* Build strong relationships with clients and other Savills divisions and offices
* Being prepared to travel independently to various locations around the UK.
* Strong organizational skills and time management working to weekly deadlines
A typical day could involve setting up jobs, undertaking research, uploading data to the valuation model, attending meetings with clients, visiting properties and preparing reports. You will gain an understanding of the wide range of work undertaken by property professionals and enjoy the variety of work that makes working in the sector so exciting.
