An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist in our Leisure Club. This is a busy and rewarding role and Reception will be the first point of contact for all hotel residents and club members. You will be committed to enhancing guest experience and will be confident and passionate about promoting facilities and services throughout the resort.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To create a warm and friendly welcome for all members and guests
2. To undertake general reception duties, dealing with customer feedback
3. Ensuring phones are answered in a timely and friendly manner
4. Perform required administrative duties
5. To ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service are maintained at all times
6. To work well with team members and other departments within the resort
7. To act as an ‘information hub’ for members and guests
8. To communicate effectively and efficiently between members and management, relaying issues and information to both
9. Keep reception area clean and tidy
10. Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times
11. Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook including any department specific procedures
12. Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures at all times
13. Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution

Key Skills
1. Excellent face-to-face customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
2. Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
3. Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Self-motivated and organised
5. IT Skills such as word, email and databases
