Job Title: Finance Reporting Manager
Location: Glasgow, Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our global services client is seeking a qualified accountant with experience in finance reporting within a regulated business. This role will be focused on overseeing reporting processes, managing a team, and continuously improving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a daily and monthly liquidity reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Review the work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance and feedback to support their professional development.
* Handle queries related to the reports and provide insights into key business drivers.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments, offering expertise and ensuring all reporting complies with the required standards.
* Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives, including systems automation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Strong experience in reporting within a regulated business, such as banking, insurance, asset management, property or energy.
* The ability to review workloads, delegate tasks, and provide career guidance to junior staff.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Power BI is advantageous.
