Job Title: Qualified Music Teacher

Salary: £36,413 - £48,532 per annum
Job Description
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students
* Assess and monitor students' progress
* Develop and implement curriculum in line with educational standards
* Organise and oversee extracurricular music activities
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Music or related field
* Experience teaching music to students of varying ages
* Strong knowledge of music theory and practical skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using music technology and software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Music Education
* Experience leading music ensembles or choirs
* CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in music education
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. Regular working hours are expected, with occasional extracurricular activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
