About the role Permanent Part time (28 hours per week) The Administration Services Assistant is responsible for a range of administration tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the business and providing excellent customer service to stakeholders of Aquatics and Leisure. The role primarily handles office management, processing of financial requests and tasks within the administration work area. The position also works closely with the Administration Services Specialist to administer the membership software system, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable and data management. Essential criteria Extensive experience in an administration-based role Current First Aid Certificate (including Provide First Aid, Provide Basic Emergency Life Support and Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) A valid NSW Working with Children Check Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well-developed computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Demonstrated high levels of personal organisation, including the ability to manage workflows, meet regular deadlines and work effectively under pressure Desirable criteria Experience in financial functions, such as banking, financial reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Commencing salary: $30.00 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation. This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
