Your Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolutions for hardware and software issues. Maintain and optimize Windows 10 systems, ensuring peak performance across the network. Handle asset management, oversee deployment processes, and keep IT assets organized and up to date.
* Assist with networking tasks, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS configurations and troubleshooting.
* Follow ITIL best practices to support an efficient and effective service desk environment.
* Contribute to cybersecurity efforts, implementing best practices to keep data and systems secure.
Requirements:
* Strong ITIL knowledge is essential
* Cyber Essentials+ is essential for the role
* Proven experience of deployment processes
* Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other networking essentials.
* Solid knowledge of IT asset management and deployment processes.
* Awareness of cybersecurity best practices to ensure a secure computing environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
