About the role:
As a People Partner, you will play a vital role in providing advice, support, and guidance to the Line Managers cohort on all people-related matters. Your proactive and forward-thinking approach will allow you to identify and deliver people interventions to support the organisation's business and people strategies. By defining and implementing talent acquisition and development strategies, you will attract, retain, and develop the best talent. Additionally, you will provide business stakeholders with informed advice on various topics to help optimise organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Line Managers and the wider People team to develop succession and talent plans, ensuring effective implementation.
Proactively identify risks and implement appropriate solutions.
Be a trusted advisor to the Line Managers, providing expert advice on all people matters.
Enhance manager capability and team performance by partnering with the Line Managers cohort.
