Learning Support Assistant
Prospero Teaching are currently work with an SEN School for pupils aged 4-19 with complex learning needs. The School set high but realistic expectations for students and encourage everyone to discover the joy of learning so that they may thrive, gain independence and be given every opportunity to achieve their full potential to be as independent as possible in their adult life.
We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and conscientious learning support assistants who are looking to join a fantastic team.

Contract Details
1. Location – Bordon, Hampshire
2. Position – Learning Support Assistant
3. Type of work – Key Stage 1 – 5 Support
4. Contract or position start date – ASAP
5. Contract or position end date (if applicable) – Ongoing
6. Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temp to Perm
7. Full time/part time – Full time
8. Minimum rate of pay – £ per hour
9. Hours – Monday 9:00-4:30, Tuesday to Friday 9:00-3:30
Experience, Training and Qualifications
10. Experience working with pupils with SEND and complex learning needs
11. Previous sports coach or have sports coaching experience
12. Be a charismatic and confident leader who will lead in front of children and adults
13. Be physically fit as you will be leading daily based physical activities for all classes – for pupils aged 4 to 19 years
14. Excellent verbal communication skills and experience in PECS and Makaton.

15. Hold Right to Work in the UK
16. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
17. Provide two professional child related references
