Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00Salary: £23,996 6 month Fixed Term Contract Office based Location: LS27 Duties and responsibilities Run the service export reports and make sure they are correct and up to date Inputting data onto the system Ensure all company documents used are compliant Monitoring and actioning any new Tickets within 24 hours Follow GDPR regulations Cancellation of any direct debits Handling incoming calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction at every touch point.
