The opportunity
EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team within our Cyber European Growth Platform, based out of the UK. We have large scale plans to expand our already market leading Cyber Security practice and anticipate continued growth throughout the next five years. The role
You will support our clients across a range of TPRM issues and challenges and enable our clients to better manage the broad range of risks in their increasingly complex supply chains. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new business opportunities.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and advising our clients on this important issue and managing client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds by fostering an innovative and inclusive team-orientated work environment.
Client responsibilities
* Assist in managing financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders.
* Build strong internal relationships within Consulting and across other services.
People responsibilities
* Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff.
* Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Cyber professionals.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* Project experience and client knowledge gained from professional practice across a number of the following areas of Information Security.
* Related work experience e.g. Third Party Risk Management, Compliance, IT Risk Management, Cyber.
* Strong academic record, to degree level or equivalent industry experience.
* Understanding of risk management practices and industry standards/regulation such as NIST, GDPR, ISO27001.
* Willingness to travel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and project management.
Ideally, you’ll also have
* Experience in Financial Services, Government Organisations or Military.
* Degree Qualified.
* Awareness of National and International security standards.
* Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM.
