You will oversee the seamless operation of the homelessness service, offering support and guidance to multiple teams and officers. Your responsibilities include delivering housing options advice, managing a diverse caseload, conducting statutory assessments, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Through casework, you'll meet local team targets, directing clients to an array of housing solutions and necessary services, and focusing on advancing cases where the main duty has been accepted.
