A highly reputable and award-winning group of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their permanent staff team at their outstanding site in Tadworth, starting January 2025.

SEN Teaching Assistants will work alongside skilled teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support children with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The role will involve:
Supporting students in their learning and development, both in class and through tailored interventions.
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
The school is encouraging applications from individuals with a passion for SEN education, including those with experience in primary or secondary settings and expertise in working with children with ASD or ADHD.
Key Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with children with SEN.
UK experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or other additional needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or SEN qualifications) are advantageous but not essential.
Enhanced and Clear DBS and UK Citizenship.
