What You’ll Do Perform maintenance and reactive activities on a variety of electrical building services equipment. Conduct scheduled maintenance on electrical systems and fixtures. Oversee Life Safety Systems (LSS) and liaise with associated vendors. Support sustainability initiatives by managing energy consumption. Coordinate maintenance and repair services with external contractors. Plan and execute minor installations and improvement projects. Perform cost and delivery assessments aligned with Sodexo procurement procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including risk assessments and lock-out tag-out processes. Take accountability for task completion, ensuring timely and high-quality results. Collaborate with the Tech Team on a diverse range of responsibilities. What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance. Safe Pass certification. Level 6 NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice (or equivalent). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer focus with a positive, proactive attitude. Proficiency in numeracy and computer literacy. Full, clean driver’s license.
