Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Cyber Contract Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract (Possible extension) Hiring Manager: Dawn Pryde/Ingrid Watson Recruitment Business Partner: Mark Williams Grade: C2 Location: Alderley Edge/Edinburgh Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 6th Janiary We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team working on projects across our Cyber Security related change portfolio. You will be required to deliver multiple change projects which support achievement of the Group strategy, effectively and efficiently. You will strive to ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and associated solutions are delivered to enable the business to realise benefits on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. You will have overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects covering both Business and Technical driven change. About the role Manage complex change initiatives that span multiple lines of business and multiple projects. Work across cyber security focused projects translating between both Business and Technology teams, to drive through changes in Security and Infrastructure. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may arise during change projects and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders and senior management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. About you Experience of delivering change particularly across the cyber security space Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and the regulations therein Previous experience working with Waterfall change methodology Experience of leading teams with minimal support and supervision across business and technology projects. Highly competent in using planning tools and experienced in implementing and operating financial control frameworks. Strong communication skills to translate the complex into the simple with interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment. Life and Pensions experience is desirable but not essential.
