• successful middle leadership experience of at least 2 years with proven impact
• a proven track record of outstanding secondary school teaching and results, including very high progress levels across the whole ability range and exceptional A level outcomes
• meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
• strong post-16 knowledge, skills and experience to command the respect of staff in all contexts
• excellent organisation skills in order to plan, coordinate and deliver high-profile events
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
• a dedicated and passionate teacher and leader who has resilience and a strong, positive work ethic
• a positive colleague who is inspirational to staff and students and committed to sharing best practice
• a strong commitment to personal development and inclusion
