About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations. You will take full accountability for managing all Front of House departments, creating a positive and engaging environment where colleagues are multi-skilled and empowered to provide friendly and efficient service.
As a key leader in the hotel, you will also identify and maximize sales opportunities, helping to exceed budgeted revenue targets while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all Front of House operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Manage Guest Relations.
3. Train, mentor, and develop a multi-skilled team to maximize guest satisfaction.
4. Ensure all team members are fully informed about daily business needs, including VIP guests and special requests.
5. Drive sales initiatives to maximize revenue and exceed sales targets.
6. Foster strong working relationships with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.
7. Maintain high standards of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager with:
1. Proven experience in a similar-sized hotel, with a strong background in Front of House operations.
2. Full proficiency in Opera hotel management systems.
3. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
4. Strong knowledge of the hotel and leisure sector.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and key stakeholders.

Work Schedule & Location
1. Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
