Job Title: Corporate PA
Location: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust
Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday
Trust Location: Medical Director Office (Both QMC and City Hospitals)
What you’ll be responsible for:
1. Provide administrative support to the Deputy Medical Directors.
2. Arrange and attend meetings including taking and producing minutes, notes and action plans for approval taking follow up action as appropriate.
3. Set up and maintain Governance/Programme/Project plans using various software and track progress against the targets/plans, liaising with other stakeholders and monitoring the completion of tasks and the delivery of tasks as specified in plans.
4. Maintain Governance/Programme/Project registers/documents including Incidents logs/Risks registers, Issues, Actions and Decisions.
5. Support the Project Managers and project team by collating, analysing and presenting performance and Governance information relating to the specific projects or programme of work.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in-depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels within the organisation.
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
* Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Ability to take minutes at meetings.
* PA knowledge at Divisional or corporate level (Desirable).
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
* Attention to details and previous experience in a similar role.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
