I'm looking to partner with experienced freelance Web Analytics Specialists to work together on new freelance and contract opportunities. As a Web Analytics Specialist, you’ll analyse and interpret web data to help optimise digital presence and improve the performance of websites and online campaigns. You will: Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics Implement and manage tags and tracking scripts using platforms like Google Tag Manager, and ensure proper setup and accuracy of data collection Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance website performance and user experience, and analyse the test results to identify opportunities for improvement Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise user experience and campaign performance You will need: Strong skills in web analytics platforms including GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics etc Knowledge of A/B testing tools and techniques, for example, Google Optimise, Optimizely etc Experience with data visualisation tools, and knowledge of heat mapping and user behaviour tools such as Hotjar and Crazy Egg Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences Ideally familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis
