Luxury Brand Ambassador - House of Fraser Glasgow
(37.5 hours/ Temporary Contract)
MISSION
A Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance with love for the products, respect for creativity, authenticity & a focus on detail & quality. You're responsible for driving sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury. You will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian always.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES:
1. Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire & gain new clients.
2. Provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
3. Pro-actively sell products & provide luxury service.
4. Be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets.
5. Be aware of KPI's.
6. KPI: To achieve sales targets.
SERVICE:
1. Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & be able to propose products to clients.
2. Demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product.
3. Initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter.
4. Identify, understand & reformulate client needs.
5. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
6. Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
7. KPI: To receive any positive feedback and it to reflect in your KPI's.
GENERAL:
1. Participate in merchandise management.
2. Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager.
3. Conduct all operational & administrative tasks.
4. Be accountable in your role & represent the brand.
5. Adhere to Company policies.
6. Build relationships with store management & adhere to all store policies & procedures.
7. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

Reports to: Account Manager
CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Area Manager, Colleagues, Head Office & LVMH HR Team
External: Clientele, Host Store Management

4. Self-confident, able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
5. Knowledgeable on the brand through excellent communication skills, able to identify key products that would suit the customers' needs.
6. Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance that customers expect.
