Salary: £30,600 per annum. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (flexibility required). As a Data and Systems Support Coordinator you will support on all site control system matters for the operation, which includes being responsible for day-to-day support on system maintenance & troubleshooting. Key Duties of a Data and Systems Support Coordinator: Liaise with IT on extracting data & produce reports as required by the business. Liaise with IT on maintaining local site databases. Support the coordination and management of site accreditations. Maintain systems Master data (e.g. new users, security levels, WMS configuration etc.). Basic troubleshooting. Audit site hardware (e.g. RDTs, Printers and PAT testing etc.). Roll out and support of all systems changes/enhancements (e.g. RF functions). Support WMS improvements and represent the business in future development work. Liaison between Business Analyst/IT and the site team on system issues. Work with IT to provide IT Support to the Operations as required. This list is not exhaustive and the position holder may be required to undertake other duties to commensurate within the position as required. Qualifications IT literate. Experience in Powerforce WMS is essential. Excellent problem solving skills. An analytical approach to investigate and resolve issues. Able to work as part of a team and clearly demonstrate a professional attitude towards all colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communication (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, gram-mar and the ability to produce error-free documents.
