Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and expand the UKI client book, focusing on high-impact, high-value accounts.
2. Develop proactive strategies for sourcing and building new top-of-funnel opportunities.
3. Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to manage the sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored content and proposals that resonate with client needs.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, HR consulting, or employee benefits, with a history of securing complex, high-value contracts.
2. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
3. Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to manage opportunities.
4. Committed to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
