Job Overview: We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS) or experienced AssocRICS Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities: Conduct residential building surveys for a variety of property types, including modern and period homes. Identify and assess structural and building defects. Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports with clear, justified conclusions. Liaise with clients, providing advice and responding to queries both verbally and in writing. Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Manage your workload and schedule to suit personal priorities and commitments, ensuring excellent work-life balance. Qualifications: RICS Chartered Building Surveyor (preferred) or experienced AssocRICS Surveyor. Experience in conducting residential building surveys and identifying a wide range of building defects. Proficiency in preparing comprehensive survey reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience liaising with clients. Full UK driving license.
