Hood Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to strengthen our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for you, as you align our Human Resources strategy with the broader business objectives, particularly within our Operations division. With your enthusiasm for people management and your expertise in effecting change, you will be instrumental in enhancing performance and boosting employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide focused HR support to the Operations division, assisting managers in effectively deploying the people agenda
* Use key data to inform decision-making, as you develop strategies and present them to senior stakeholders
* Improvement of management skills through coaching, e-learning, and other developmental tools
* Handle employee relations casework including performance, attendance, and other related issues
* Ensure a strong presence and visibility within the company as you establish solid relationships within your internal client groups and external stakeholders
* Lead and implement initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
* Extensive generalist HR experience and a proven track record as a HR Business Partner
* Effective change management skills with a demonstrated ability to increase value and drive operational efficiencies
* Outstanding communication skills, with a history of building robust professional relationships
* Excellent business acumen with the confidence to challenge the status quo
* A keen interest in coaching and people development, supported by a strong operational background and strategic insight
* CIPD qualification is required
