Overview of the Role:
We have partnered with property management company Davlea Estates, on the recruitment of a brand-new role, as Operations Manager of Cornmill Shopping Centre, in Darlington.
As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the shopping centre. Your role will involve managing both hard and soft services, assisting in delivering the annual business plan and service charge, overseeing facility maintenance activities, and supporting various operational projects. Your focus will be on enhancing operational performance, security, health and safety, environmental sustainability, and the overall customer experience.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Manage contractors, administer the Permit to Work System, and conduct weekly Health and Safety inspections.
* Ensure site safety, security, and cleanliness, and oversee security teams and emergency systems.
* Assist in developing the annual business plan and service charge budget, and process operational supplier invoices.
